Annual Hosting Plan
Covers your domain renewal, hosting, and one included edit per year (swap a photo, update your hours — about 30 minutes of work). First year is due at signing and covers months 1–12. Renewals start at month 12.

Additional Edits
Beyond the one included edit per year, any extra changes are billed at $50/hr. Most small updates take well under an hour.

Tell me about your business, what you need, and who your customers are. No jargon. Just a normal conversation — in person, by phone, or text.

Photos, your logo (or I can work with what you have), hours, a short blurb about the business. A text message is enough to get started.

I build it
I design and build the site, register your domain, and set up hosting. You review a live preview before anything goes public.

Once you approve, the site goes live. I stay reachable for questions. Your annual plan keeps everything running for the next 12 months.

I'm Timothy Beach. I live in the area and I build websites for local businesses under the name Zenshin Suru — Japanese for "always getting better." No subscription traps, no dashboards you have to learn, no surprise bills.
