About Us
Daniela Hernandez began investing in distressed East Tennessee properties in 2023, completing her first fix-and-flip in Bristol within eight weeks of acquisition.
She personally manages all renovations and tenant relationships, keeping overhead lean and standards high. Colony Investments focuses on the Tri-Cities — Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol — where local knowledge and on-the-ground availability turn out to matter more than slide decks.
Our first rental at 104 Marion Ave was acquired as a tax-sale shell in 2024, restored from the studs out, and leased to a Kingsport family within 30 days of completion.
